Twist pen decorated with Cowboy and western themed items including horse shoes and a cowboy boot clip. Uses Parker style refills. To use, twist both halfs of the pen in opposite directions to expose or retract the ink refill. To replace refills, unthread Both halves of the pen and remove old refill with spring. Insert new refill with spring, thread both halves back together.
