SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed will be shipped via Canada Post. Parcel tracking information will be included in your order confirmation Emails. Please note, orders may take up to 2 weeks or more to arrive to you from the date the order was placed and there is a $20.00 shipping fee on all orders.
NOTE: CHRISTMAS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 25, TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS. ORDERS PLACED DECEMBER 23 - JANUARY 4 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL JANUARY 5.
RETURN POLICY
All items sold on this website are able to be returned and either exchanged for an item(s) of equal value or you can be refunded for the value of the item(s) before shipping and taxes. If the item(s) was/were damaged upon delivery, photographic proof may be required to receive refund. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage for the damaged or unwanted item(s). If the items received do not match the invoice description, the return postage as well as the price of the item(s) before taxes will be refunded as long as photographic proof showing both the correct invoice and the incorrect item(s) together OR a copy of the correct invoice is included with the returned incorrect item(s).
